Hematology and Oncology

We evaluate and treat patients with disorders of the blood (hematology) and with cancer (oncology). As medical oncologists, we use measures such as chemotherapy and biological therapy to treat cancer. Our office has laboratory and radiology services on site as well as an infusion suite staffed with compassionate and well-trained oncology nurses.

Because cancer often requires a multidisciplinary approach, we work closely with surgeons and radiation oncologists. We feel it is important to treat the "whole" patient so we pay careful attention to supportive care and symptom control.
